Overview of our toll stations

Monthly limit: Monthly cap means that a maximum set number of paying passes are paid for in a calendar month per vehicle associated with the agreement. In Kristiansund City Package there is a monthly limit of 60 paying passes per calendar month, The scheme applies to both rate groups 1 and 2.. Monthly limits require an agreement and a valid chip. The right to a monthly limit is revoked for the current month if the chip issuer changes, this also applies to chip replacement unless the chip replacement is carried out by or in cooperation with the chip issuer.

When replacing a chip, it is necessary to carry out this process in cooperation with the chip issuer. By coordinating the chip replacement with the chip issuer, you ensure that the new chip is correctly associated with the existing agreement and vehicle, and that the monthly limit is met. Furthermore, the chip issuer can provide the necessary guidance and assistance in the chip replacement process. This ensures a smooth transition to the new chip.

Please note that this requires the card issuer to use the "card swap function". Please speak to your card issuer to ensure this is done correctly. You must use the same card issuer for your passes to count towards the monthly limit for the current month. If you plan to change card issuers, we recommend that you do this at the start of each month to maintain the monthly limit as much as possible.

Hourly rule: Hourly rule means that you only pay for one toll pass per hour, even if you pass several tolls within that hour. A common hourly rule has been established for all toll stations in Bypakke Kristiansund. The scheme applies to both tariff groups 1 and 2, and a valid AutoPASS agreement and tag are no longer required to obtain hourly rules in Bypakke Kristiansund.
The following rate groups apply:
– Tariff group 1 is vehicles with a permissible total weight of up to and including 3,500 kg.
– Rate group 2 is vehicles with a permissible total weight of over 3,500 kg.

The following discounts apply to vehicles with a valid user agreement and tag:
– 20% chip discount for vehicles in tariff group 1.
– Vehicles in vehicle category M1 with a permitted total weight of 3500 kg are charged as in rate group 1.
– Zero-emission vehicles in tariff group 1 pay 70 percent of the ordinary tariff. This also applies to electric vans in tariff group 1 (N)
– Zero-emission vehicles in tariff group 2 pay 0 percent of the ordinary tariff.
– Gas vehicles (GA) in rate group 2 pay 0 percent of the ordinary rate.

Exemptions are granted according to the current tax guidelines at any given time. As of today, the following applies:
– Uniformed and civilian emergency vehicles
– Public transport vehicles on route
– NATO vehicles in exercise*
– Vehicles owned by the NATO headquarters JWC at Jåttå. The exemption can be granted for up to 2 years at a time.
– Disabled people with parking permits, limited to toll rings**

Exemptions can be granted upon application and require a valid user agreement with an AutoPASS issuer for the use of the tag. Vehicles that are approved as emergency vehicles in Autosys are exempt from the application requirement.

Exemption schemes marked with * shall as a general rule apply after submission of lists from the Armed Forces with the registration marks of the vehicles to be covered by the scheme. Exemptions are granted for a specified period related to the duration of the NATO exercise.

Exemption for people with reduced mobility in toll rings marked ** requires the presentation of a parking permit and a decision on the granted parking permit in accordance with the regulations on parking permits for people with reduced mobility. The parking permit must be valid for at least 2 years. The decision on the parking permit and the user agreement must be in the same name. The exemption cannot be linked to vehicles used in commercial activities. Each exemption must only be linked to one vehicle and one user agreement. The exception is when the decision on the parking permit applies to persons under the age of 18, where the exemption can be linked to parents/guardians and up to two vehicles in total.

The granted exemption applies to the date of decision and does not have retroactive effect.

All exemptions and discounts require a valid AutoPASS Agreement and tag.
