Monthly limit: Monthly cap means that a maximum set number of paying passes are paid for in a calendar month per vehicle associated with the agreement. For Fv17/Fv720 there is a monthly limit of 60 paying Passages per toll station for vehicles in tariff group 1. Monthly cap does not apply to tariff group 2. Monthly cap requires an agreement and a valid chip. The right to a monthly cap is revoked for the current month if the chip issuer changes, this also applies to chip replacement unless the chip replacement is carried out by or in cooperation with the chip issuer.
When replacing a chip, it is necessary to carry out this process in cooperation with the chip issuer. By coordinating the chip replacement with the chip issuer, you ensure that the new chip is correctly associated with the existing agreement and vehicle, and that the monthly limit is met. Furthermore, the chip issuer can provide the necessary guidance and assistance in the chip replacement process. This ensures a smooth transition to the new chip.
Please note that this requires the card issuer to use the "card swap function". Please speak to your card issuer to ensure this is done correctly. You must use the same card issuer for your passes to count towards the monthly limit for the current month. If you plan to change card issuers, we recommend that you do this at the start of each month to maintain the monthly limit as much as possible.
Hourly rule: Hourly rule means that you only pay for one toll pass per hour, even if you pass several tolls within that hour. Hourly rule applies not on Fv17/Fv720.
