More about E6 Ranheim – Åsen

According to local political decisions, the project will be partially financed with tolls. It has been agreed with Nye Veier AS that the construction will be carried out within a total framework of approximately NOK 13.2 billion. The expected cost of the construction is approximately NOK 11.5 billion. A toll share of 53.6% has been assumed.

Tolls will be collected from four toll stations:

Toll collection will start at the existing toll station at Ranheim on November 1, 2023. The collection point will eventually be moved to Leistad (Malvik). Collection at the other toll stations will begin as the road is completed.
