Miljøpakken Trondheim
Miljøpakken is a collaborative project between Trondheim Municipality, Sør-Trøndelag County Council, and the Norwegian Public Roads Administration. Over the next 15 years from 2010, more than seven billion NOK will be invested to improve the transport system in Trondheim and along the main routes into the city.
Our Rates Our Toll Stations Information- On March 31, 2010, at 12:00, toll collection started at the Miljøpakken toll stations in Trondheim.
- The project consists of 21 toll stations.
- On March 17, 2014, Miljøpakken Phase 2 was opened.
- On June 1, 2018, Miljøpakken Phase 3 was opened.
Tariff Group 1 (up to 3,500 kg)
Vehicles with a maximum permitted weight of up to 3,500 kg and passenger cars in vehicle category M1 in Autosys with a valid agreement. Tariffs effective from 03/12/2024:

Monthly ceiling: in Trondheim Miljøpakken there is a maximum of 110 passes per. calendar month per vehicles associated with an autoPASS subscripiton. This applies to passages made in all the seven toll zones. Monthly ceiling presupposes a valid autoPASS subscription.
Hour rule: in Trondheim Miljøpakken there consists of seven toll zones. Payment is only made for one passing if the same vehicle passes several toll stations within the same toll zone within 60 minutes. The hour rule presupposes a valid autoPASS subscription.
Time-differentiated tariffs: in Trondheim Miljøpakken, the tariffs are time-differentiated. This means that in the periods between 07-09 and 15-17 there are separate rules (rush hour fee). Rush hour fee is exempt on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays. In addition, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve and the Wednesday before Easter are exempt from rush hour fees.
Special rules at Moholt: The tolls at Moholt consists of two toll stations, one at Brøsetvegen and one at Jonsvannsveien. Passing through both toll stations within a minute leads to the passages being canceled.
Transverse Solution: In addition to the usual hour rule, there are two transverse solutions:
If the hour rule takes effect, a transverse solution does not apply. Both transverse solutions require a valid autoPASS subscription.
1.In the case of paid passage at the toll station in Bøckmans veg (station no. 67), no toll shall be paid at the toll stations Nydalsbrua Nord (station no. 55.) and Nydalsbrua Sør (station no. 54). The scheme applies both ways.
2. For paid passage in the toll station Tonstad (station no. 70), no toll shall be paid in the toll stations Nydalsbrua Nord (station no. 55) and Nydalsbrua Sør (station no. 54) The scheme applies to both roads.

2.9 The customer is entitled to discount and any exemption for passings when the tag has been registered and the subscripiton is valid. You lose the right to discounts and exemptions when the subscripiton is blocked, in the event of a credit limit being exceeded, when unpaid claims are sent for collection or in the event of a wrong address, Invoices are then sent to the vehicle owner.
